Settin g  the  retractor   to autom  atic  lock ing  mode

Allow  the   belt  to  retract.   Pu ll up  on  the
shou lder  webbing.   A  clicking   sou nd  will  be
heard   as  the  belt  retracts.   This  ind icates  the
retractor   is  in  the  au tom atic  locking  mod e.
Push  dow  n on  the   child  seat  while   you  pull
up  on  the   belt  to  rem ove  any  slack  in  the
belt.  See  Figu res  5 and   6.
