Rear Win dow Defroster (If equipped)
The defroster for the rear wind ow clears frost,
fog, and thin ice from the insid e and outsid e
rear wind ow .
The bu tton for the rear wind ow defroster is on
the instru ment panel to the right of the steering
colu mn.
The button that controls the rear window defroster
To defrost the rear wind ow :

Clear any snow from the rear wind ow .
Get in you r vehicle and start the engine.
Press the rear wind ow defrost bu tton. The
ON ind icator will illuminate.

When the rear wind ow is clear, push the
bu tton again to tu rn off the defroster.
NOTE: Do not use sharp objects to scrap e the
insid e of the rear window or use
abrasive clean ers to clean the insid e of
the rear window surface. You could
damage the heatin g elem ents, which
are bonded to the insid e surface of the
rear window.
