in the uprigh t position , the seatb ack or
objects could be throw n forw ard durin g a
sudden stop or collision , possib ly injurin g
you or oth er passen gers.

Luggage or oth er cargo should not be
piled high er than the seatb acks. This will
help keep item s from bein g throw n about
and injuirin g peop le in a collision or
sudden stop .

To avoid the possib lity of burn injuries,
do not rem ove the floor carp et in the
cargo area. Emission controls cause high
exhaust tem peratu res under the floor.
NOTE: When retu rning the fold ing seats to the
uprigh t position , rem ember to retu rn
the shoulder belts to their prop er
position .
Clean ing the Seats
Lea ther and vinyl
For rou tine cleaning, wipe the surface with a
soft, dam p cloth. For more thorou gh cleaning,
wipe the surface with a leather cleaner or a mild
soap .
Fabric
Remove dust and loose dirt with a whisk broom
or a vacu um cleaner. Remove fresh spots
immediately. Follow the directions that com e
with the cleaner.
