How to insert a tape
Insert a cassette (with the open edge to the
right) firm ly into the tap e door opening, making
sure the cassette is com pletely in and “seated .”
How to loca te a desired tra ck on the tape
NOTE: The tap e track or sid e number
indicated in the disp lay does not
necessarily corresp ond to the tap e track
or sid e number on the cassette lab el. It
is used only to indicate when the tap e
mechanism reverses track s.

Using the Au tom atic Mu sic Search (“AMS”)
function with cassette tap e player
Press and hold the “AMS” bu tton (“AMS”
will ap pear in the display). Then, push the
left h bu tton to rew ind to the beginning
of the current selection or press the right
g bu tton to fast forw ard to the beginning
of the next selection.

Pu sh the right g bu tton to fast forw ard
the tap e.

Pu sh the left h bu tton to rew ind the tap e.

How to change the sid e of the tap e being
played
The alternate track (other sid e) of the tap e
can be selected at any tim e by pushing both
fast-w ind bu ttons (h and g) at the
sam e tim e. The nu mber in the display will
alternate betw een 1 and 2.
