(CAM VAP)
If a specific item of concern arises, where a
solu tion cannot be reached betw een a vehicle
ow ner, Ford of Canad a, and / or one of its
dealers (that all parties can agree upon), the
ow ner may wish to use the services offered by
the Canad ian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Plan
(CAMVAP).
CAMVAP uses the services of Provincial
Ad ministrators to assist consu mers in sched uling
and prep aring for their arbitration hearings.
How ever, before you can proceed with
CAMVAP you must follow you r manu factu rer’s
dispute resolu tion process as outlined und er
Service/Maintenance Concerns (U.S. or Canada)
earlier in this chap ter.
Consu mers wishing to obtain further inform ation
abou t the program can obtain an inform ation
booklet from you r dealer or contact the
Provincial Ad ministrator, Canad ian Motor
Vehicle Arbitration Plan, at the ad dress or
