Position the function selector lever to
FLR/ DEF.
Move the tem peratu re lever to the red
(warm ) area or to the desired tem peratu re.
Set the fan speed at 4.
To defrost the windshield and side
window s:
1.
Move the function selector lever to the V
(defrost) sym bol.
When the defrost sym bol is selected , most of
the air is directed to the wind shield and a
small am ount is directed tow ard the sid e
wind ow s. The defrost mod e also help s defog
interior wind ow surfaces.

Move the tem peratu re control lever to the
red (warm ) area or to the desired
tem peratu re.
NOTE: In tem peratu res greater than 45˚F (7˚C),
press the A/C button on in ord er to
dehumidify the incoming air and
enhance defoggin g perform ance.

Set the fan speed at 4.

blu e (cool) area.
