Wiper bla de repla cement
If the wiper blad es still do not work prop erly
after you clean them , you may need to rep lace
the wiper blad e assem bly or the blad e elem ent.
When rep lacing the wiper blad e assem bly, blad e
refill, or wiper arm alw ays use a Motorcraft part
or equ ivalent.
NOTE: There are two differen t len gth wiper
blad es on you r veh icle. The driver-sid e
wiper blad e is 20 inches (50 cm) lon g,
and the passen ger-sid e wiper blad e is
17
inches (45 cm) lon g. Ensure that you
install the correct size wiper blad e in
the correct location .
To rep lace the wiper blad es:
1.
Pu ll the wiper arm aw ay from the
wind shield and lock into the service position.
2.
Turn the blad e at an angle from the wiper
arm . Pu sh the lock pin with a screw driver to
relase the blad e and pull the wiper blad e
dow n tow ard the wind shield to rem ove it
from the arm .
3.
Attach a new wiper blad e to the wiper arm
and press it into place until you hear it click.
