Pow er Door Locks (If equipped)
When you close the doors after you lock them
with the pow er door locks, the doors rem ain
locked . If the pow er mechanism ever fails, the
manu al door locks will overrid e the pow er locks.
NOTE: Veh icles equipped with power lock s
have a safety featu re which allow s you
to unlock one or both fron t doors from
eith er door lock key cylin der.

Child proof Locks for the Rear Doors

In ad dition to stand ard or pow er locks, you r
vehicle has child proof locks for the rear doors. If
you set these locks, the rear doors cannot be
opened from the insid e of the vehicle. The doors
can still be opened from the outsid e when the
lock knobs are raised .
