NOTE: Prior to folding the rear seat, it may be necessary
to position the front seat to its mid-track position. Also,
be sure that the front seats are fully upright and posi-
tioned forw ard . This will allow the rear seat to fold down
easily.
To Lower the Rear Seat
1.
Locate the release strap on the lower outboard side of
each rear seatback.
2. Pull the release strap (tow ard the front of the vehicle).

insid e or outsid e of a veh icle. In a collision , peop le
rid ing in these areas are more lik ely to be seri-
ously injured or killed .

Do not allow peop le to rid e in any area of you r
veh icle that is not equipped with seats and seat
belts.
Be sure everyon e in you r veh icle is in a seat and
usin g a seat belt prop erly.

Fold the rear seat completely forw ard .
