If desired , push down on the seatback to lock it in the
Reclin er Adjustm ent
folded position.
The rear seatback also reclines for additional passenger
comfort. Pull the release strap while sitting in the rear
seat to recline the seatback.
To Raise the Rear Seat
NOTE: If interference from the cargo area prevents the
seatback from fully locking, you will have difficulty
retu rning the seat to its prop er position.

If locked in the folded position, pull the release strap
(tow ard the front of the vehicle).

Raise the seatback and lock it into place.
WARN ING!
Be certain that the seatb ack is secu rely lock ed into
position . If the seatb ack in not secu rely lock ed into
position the seat will not provid e the prop er stab ility
for child seats and/or passen gers. An improp erly
latch ed seat could cause seriou s injury.
