REAR PARK ASSIST SYSTEM — IF EQUIPPED
The Rear Park Assist System is a driver aid that senses for
obstacles behind the vehicle and provid es both visible
and audible warnings to ind icate the range of the object.

System Usage Precautions
Speed Con trol can be dangerou s where the system
can’t main tain a constan t speed . Your veh icle could
go too fast for the condition s, and you could lose
control. An accid ent could be the resu lt. Don’t use
Speed Con trol in heavy traffic or on road s that are
winding, icy, snow-covered , or slip pery.
NOTE:

Ensu re that the rear bumper is free of dirt and debris
to keep the Rear Park Assist System operating prop -
erly.

Jackham mers, large tru cks, and other vibrations could
affect the perform ance of the Rear Park Assist System .
When you turn off the Rear Park Assist System , the
instru ment cluster will display “PARK ASSIST DIS-
ABLED.” Furtherm ore, once you turn off the Rear
Park Assist System , it rem ains off until you turn it on
again, even if you cycle the ignition key.
