Premium System — If Equipped
The Tire Pressu re Monitor System (TPMS) uses wireless
technology with wheel rim mounted electronic sensors to
monitor tire pressu re levels. Sensors, mounted to each
wheel as part of the valve stem , transm it tire pressu re
read ings to the Receiver Mod ule.

Tire Pressu re Monitoring Telltale Light
The matching full size spare wheel and tire assem bly (if
equ ipped) has a tire pressu re monitoring sensor. The full 5
size spare can be used in place of any of the four road
tires. A spare with a pressu re below the low-pressu re
limit will not cause the Tire Pressu re Monitoring Telltale
Light to illuminate or the chim e to sou nd . However, it
will cause a “SPARE LOW PRESSURE” message to
display in the EVIC.
NOTE: It is particu larly important for you to check the
tire pressu re in all of the tires on you r vehicle monthly
and to maintain the prop er pressu re.
