To tu rn off the high beam s, pull the lever
tow ard you until it latches. The high beam
ind icator light tu rns off.
Flash ing the Ligh ts
To flash the head lam ps, pull the lever tow ard
you for a mom ent and then release it. The
head lam ps will flash whether the head lam p
knob is in the on or off position.
The turn sign al lever
Win dshield Wip ers and Wash er
To tu rn on the wind shield wipers, the ignition
key must be tu rned to the ON or ACC position.
Turn the knob on the end of the tu rn signal
lever aw ay from you to activate the wipers. The
first seven detents are interval wipe positions,
the eighth detent is the LO position, and the
ninth detent is the HI position.
To tu rn the wipers off, tu rn the knob tow ard
you to the OFF position.
