Improve you r ventilation by keep ing all air inlet
vents clear of snow , leaves, and other debris.
If the engine is idling while you are stop ped in
an open area for long period s of tim e, open the
wind ow s at least one inch (2.5 cm). Also, ad just
the heating or air cond itioning system to bring
in outsid e air.

If you use the heater, set the fan speed on
either medium or HI with the select knob on
either R (floor) or VENT.

If you use the air cond itioner, set the fan
speed on either medium or HI with the select
knob on A/ C. (Do not use MAX A/ C.)

If you use the au tom atic tem peratu re control,
set the fan speed on medium or high and
press the S (panel and floor) or R (floor)
manu al overrid e bu tton. (Do not use AUTO
or MAX A/ C.)
