unsatisfactory, Ford of Canad a particip ates in an
impartial third party mediation/ arbitration
program ad ministered by the Canad ian Motor
Vehicle Arbitration Plan (CAMVAP).
The CAMVAP program is a straight-forw ard and
relative speed y alternative to resolve a
disagreem ent when all other efforts to prod uce a
settlem ent have failed . This proced ure is withou t
cost to you and is designed to elim inate the
need for lengthy and exp ensive legal
proceed ings.
In the CAMVAP program , impartial third -party
Arbitrators cond uct hearings at mutu ally
convenient tim es and places in an inform al
envirom ent. These impartial Arbitrators review
the positions of the parties, make decisions and ,
where ap prop riate, rend er aw ard s to resolve
disputes. CAMVAP decisions are fast, fair and
final as the Arbitrator’s aw ard is bind ing on
both you and Ford of Canand a.
