Checking and Rep lacin g Fuses
If you need to check a fuse, follow these step s:
1.
Lift the hand le of the fuse panel or pow er
distribu tion box to unlatch the cover.
2.
On the cover, find the fuse you want to
check. The diagram on the cover tells you
where to locate the fuse on the panel.
3.
Check the fuse to see if it is blow n. To
rem ove the fuse, use the pulling tool
attached to the insid e cover of the fuse
panel. Look throu gh the clear sid e of the
fuse to see if the metal wire insid e is
sep arated . If it is, the fuse shou ld be
rep laced .

Replace the fuse with one that has the right
am perage rating. (See the follow ing chart.)
