This light com es on every tim e you tu rn you r
ignition key to the ON or START position. The
light shou ld go off when the engine starts and
the alternator begins to charge.
If the light stays on or com es on when the
engine is ru nning, have the electrical system
checked as soon as possible.
Engin e Oil Pressu re Warn ing Ligh t
This light ind icates the engine’s oil pressu re, not
the oil level. How ever, if the engine’s oil level is
low , it could affect the oil pressu re. The light
shou ld com e on every tim e the ignition key is
tu rned to the ON or START position, and
shou ld tu rn off after the engine is ru nning.

continu ed operation will cau se severe engine
