If the key cod ing failed , the theft ind icator will
flash and the vehicle cannot be started . One of 3
cau ses are possible:

The new key was not inserted within 15
second s or
❑All 16 key cod es have been stored or
❑The key does not have an electronic cod e.
Win dows
Usin g the Pow er Win dows
Each door has a pow er control that opens and
closes the wind ow on that door. The driver’s
door has a master control panel that operates all
four wind ow s.
The pow er wind ow s only operate when the
ignition key is in the ON or ACC position or
when the ignition has been tu rned from the ON
to the OFF position and / or the key has been
rem oved and no front doors on the vehicle have
been opened .
The pow er wind ow controls are illuminated .
RWARN ING
Do not let child ren play with the power
windows. They may seriou sly hurt
themselves. Make sure occupants are clear
of the window(s) before closin g.
