Your vehicle is equ ipped with a dual locking
mod e retractor on the shoulder belt portion of
the com bination lap / shou lder safety belt for the
front seat ou tboard passenger and rear ou tboard
passengers.
Dual lock ing mode retractors operate in two
ways:
Vehicle sensit ive (emergency) locking mode
In this operating mod e, the shou lder belt
retractor will allow the occu pant freed om of
movem ent, locking tight only on hard braking,
hard cornering or impacts of ap proxim ately
