belt is unbuckled and allow ed to
retract completely, the retractor will
switch to the veh icle sen sitive
(emergen cy) lock ing mode. See the

Shoulder Belt Heigh t Adjustm ent
Driver and right front pa ssenger
You can ad just the shou lder belt height to one of
five (5) positions.
To ad just the belt dow n, pinch the release
bu tton. To ad just the belt up, slid e the ad juster
up. (You do not have to pinch the release
bu tton.)
Make sure the ad juster is firm ly in one of the
five positions. The belt shou ld be ad justed up or
dow n until the belt rests on you r shou lder near
you r neck.
