The liftgate sill plate has a raised line with the statem ent
“Load To This Line”. This line ind icates how far rearw ard
cargo can be placed withou t interfering with liftgate
closing.
ROOF LUGGAGE RACK — IF EQUIPPED
The crossbars and siderails are designed to carry the
weight on vehicles equ ipped with a luggage rack. The
load must not exceed 150 lbs (68 kg), and shou ld be
uniform ly distribu ted over the luggage rack crossbars.
Distribu te cargo weight evenly on the roof rack crossbars. 3
The roof rack does not increase the total load carrying
capacity of the vehicle. Be sure the total load of cargo
insid e the vehicle plus that on the external rack does not
exceed the maxim um vehicle load capacity.
To move the crossbars, loosen the thu mb screw s located
at the upper edge of each crossbar approxim ately six
turns, then move the crossbar to the desired position,
keep ing the crossbars parallel to the rack fram e. Once the
crossbar is in place, retighten the thu mb screw s to lock
the crossbar into position.
