Sou nd Horn with Rem ote Key Lock
SELECT button until YES (Y) or NO (N) appears. Refer to
“Lights/ SmartBeam s — If Equipped” in Section 3 of this
manu al for more inform ation.
When ON is selected , a short horn sou nd will occur when
the rem ote keyless entry LOCK button is pressed . This
featu re may be selected with or withou t the flash lights
on lock/ unlock featu re. To make you r selection, press
and release the RESET button until ON or OFF appears.
Head ligh ts On with Wip ers (Availab le with Auto
Head ligh ts Only)
When YES (Y) is selected , and the head light switch is in
the AUTO position, the head lights will turn on approxi- 4
mately 10 second s after the wipers are turned on. The
head lights will also turn off when the wipers are turned
off if they were turned on by this featu re. To make you r
selection, press and release the FUNCTION SELECT
button until YES (Y) or NO (N) appears.
Flash Ligh ts with Rem ote Key Lock
When ON is selected , the front and rear turn signals will
flash when the doors are locked or unlocked with the
rem ote keyless entry transm itter. This featu re may be
selected with or withou t the sou nd horn on lock featu re
selected . To make you r selection, press and release the
RESET button until ON or OFF appears.
NOTE: Turning the head lights on during the daytim e
causes the instru ment panel lights to dim. To increase the
brightness, refer to “Lights” in Section 3 of this manu al.
Autom atic High Beam s — If Equipped
When this featu re is selected , the high beam head lights
will deactivate autom atically und er certain cond itions. To
make you r selection, press and release the FUNCTION
Delay Turning Head ligh ts Off
When this featu re is selected , the driver can choose to
have the head lights rem ain on for 0, 30, 60, or 90 second s
