UNDERSTANDING YOUR INSTRUMENT PANEL
RADIO OPERATION AND CELLULAR PHONES
Und er certain  cond itions, the  cellular  phone  being ON  in
you r vehicle can  cause erratic  or  noisy perform  ance from
you r rad io. This cond ition may  be lessened  or eliminated
by relocating   the  cellular  phone  antenna.   This cond ition
is  not  harm ful  to the  rad io.  If you r  rad io perform ance
does  not satisfactorily   “clear”  by the  rep ositioning  of the
antenna,   it  is  recom mend ed  that  the  rad io  volu me  be
turned   down  or off  during  cellular  phone   operation.
REMOTE SOUND SYSTEM CONTROLS —  IF
EQUIPPED
The rem ote sou nd system  controls  are located  on  the rear
surface   of  the  steering   wheel   at  the  3  and   9  O’clock
positions.

NOTE:    Refer to  you r VESUser’s  Manu al for  detailed
operating   instru ctions.
The  right-hand   rocker  switch   has  a push   button  in  the
center  and  controls  the  volu me  and  mode  of  the sou nd
system . Pressing  the top of the  rocker switch  will increase
the volu me. Pressing  the  bottom  of the rocker  switch  will
