WARN ING!
R-134a Air Cond itioning Refrigerant is a hyd roflu oro-
carbon (HFC) that is end orsed by the Environm ental
Protection Agency and is an ozone-saving prod uct. How-
ever, the manu factu rer recom mend s that air cond itioning
service be perform ed by an authorized dealer or other an
authorized service facility using recovery and recycling
equ ipment.
Do not rem ove the A/C Air Filter while the blow er is
operatin g or person al injury may resu lt.
The A/ C Air Filter is located in the fresh air inlet behind
the glove box. Perform the follow ing proced ure to re-
place the filter:
NOTE: Use only manu factu rer approved A/ C System
Sealers, Stop Leak Prod ucts, Seal Cond itioners, Com pres-
sor Oil, or Refrigerants.
1. Open the glove box and rem ove all contents.

Push in on the sides of the glove box and lower the
A/C Air Filter — If Equipped
Refer to the “Maintenance Sched ule” in Section 8 of this
manu al for A/ C Air Filter service intervals.
