AUTOMATIC TEMPERATURE CONTROL (ATC) —
IF EQUIPPED
The   Infrared    Three-Zone   ATC   System   autom atically
maintains  the  interior  comfort  level desired   by the driver
and  all passengers.   This  is  accom plished  by an  infrared
sensor,  located  in  the  forw ard  overhead   console.  Based
on the  sensor  inp ut, the system  autom atically  adjusts   the
air  tem peratu re,   the  airflow   volu me,   and  amount    of
outsid e  air  recircu lation.  This  maintains    a  comfortable
tem peratu re even  und er  changing  cond itions.
Front Three  Zone ATC allow s both the  driver  and front
occupant   and  rear seat  occupants   to select  ind ivid ual
comfort  settings
Occupants  in  the vehicle  select AUTO  mode operation
and  a comfort  tem peratu re setting,  using  rotary  knobs
on the  control  unit.

The  system  provid es  set-and -forget  operation   for op-
timum  comfort  and  convenience.
The system   can be  controlled  manu ally  if desired .
SYNC  featu re  links  the  controls   for  all  three  zones,
allow ing one  comfort  setting  for  the  cabin, if  desired .
