WHAT TO DO IN EMERGENCIES

When  the  compact  spare  tire/  cover  assem bly is clear
5.  There are  two jack  engagem ent  locations  on each  side
of the  vehicle  bod y. These locations  are  on the  sill flange
of the  vehicle  bod y.
of the vehicle,  stand  the  tire/ cover  assem bly upright  and
rem ove the  wheel  spacer  by squ eezing the  two  retaining
tabs  together.
NOTE:    Rear  jack location   is betw een  a  pair  of  down-
stand ing  tabs on  the  sill flange  of the  vehicle  bod y.
Front jack  location is on  the sill flange  of the vehicle  bod y
and  aligns  with  the  front door  edge.
