allow s you to select heating or cooling and determ ine where the
air will be directed . The tem peratu re control knob setting
determ ines the tem peratu re of the air that flow s into the vehicle.
Clima te cont rol knobs
To tu rn you r air cond itioner and heater system on, select any
position excep t OFF. This will tu rn the fan on and allow airflow
into the vehicle. To tu rn you r air cond itioner and heater off,
select OFF. This will tu rn the fan off and stop airflow from
com ing into the vehicle.
Temperature selection
The tem peratu re control knob is the rotating knob located at the
center of the control with tap ered red and blu e band s
surrou nd ing most of the knob. The wide red part of the band
(full right) is the heat or warm er area. The wide blu e area (full
left) is the cooling or cool tem peratu re area. Any position
selected betw een full right and full left will give a tem peratu re
betw een the tw o extrem e tem peratu res.
