NOTE: The operatin g ran ge of the rem ote entry system can
also be affected by weath er condition s (such as very
cold tem peratu res) or stru ctures arou nd the veh icle
(build ings, oth er veh icles, rad io and TV tow ers, etc.).
Typ ical operatin g ran ge will allow you to be up to 33
feet (10 meters) away from you r veh icle.
Opening the remot e transmit ter
The transm itter can be snap ped ap art to rep lace the batteries by
tw isting a thin coin betw een the tw o halves of the transm itter.
DO NOT TAKE THE FRON T PART OF THE TRAN SMITTER
APART. When installing the new batteries, be sure to place the
positive (+) sid e dow n as marked . Snap the tw o halves back
together.
