The shad e is a wind -up typ e, just like a wind ow shad e. Over
tim e the shad e may lose its spring tension. If this hap pens, you
can easily rew ind the shad e with the help of another person.
To rew ind the shad e:

Remove the shad e from its sid e anchor slots by com pressing
telescop ing tu be.
Extend the shad e fully. Make sure the smooth grain sid e is
facing you (see Figu re 1).
Wrap the vinyl arou nd the roller tu be tw o tim es in the
direction show n in Figu re 1.
Tuck the edges of the vinyl insid e the end cap with each
wrap .
