Adjusting the tone balance of your radio

Increasing or decreasing bass and treble resp onse
Push the “BASS/ TREB” popou t knob to gain access to the
bass and treble controls. Bass control allow s you to ad just
the low er, bass frequ encies to you r preference. The ou ter
ring of the “BASS/ TREB” knob ad justs the bass (turn
clockw ise to increase bass; counterclockw ise to decrease
bass).
Treble control allow s you to ad just the higher, treble
frequ encies of you r rad io to you r preference. The inner ring
of the “BASS/ TREB” knob ad justs the treble (turn clockw ise
to increase treble; cou nterclockw ise to decrease treble).

Ad justing speaker balance and speaker fad er
Push the “BAL/ FADE” popou t knob to gain access to the
speaker balance and fad er controls. Balance control allow s
you to ad just the sou nd distribu tion betw een the right and
left speakers. The ou ter ring of “BAL/ FADE” knob ad justs
the speaker balance control. (Turn clockw ise to shift the
sou nd to the right speakers, and tu rn cou nterclockw ise to
shift the sou nd to the left speakers.)
Fad e control allow s you to ad just the sou nd distribu tion
betw een the front and rear speakers. The inner ring of the
