The controls on the steering colu mn and wheel are designed to
give you easy access to the controls while you are driving.
The Turn Signal Lever
You can use the tu rn signal lever on the left sid e of the steering
colu mn to:

operate the tu rn signals and cornering lam ps
tu rn the high beam s on/ off
flash the lam ps
turn the wind shield wipers and washer on/ off

Turn signa l lever and funct ions
If the tu rn ind icator light in the instru ment panel does not
illuminate or rem ains on (doesn’t flash) when you signal a tu rn,
the tu rn signaling system is malfu nctioning. Have this cond ition
corrected as soon as possible, bu t make sure that you use the
accep ted hand signals in the meantim e.
