To prevent hu midity bu ildup insid e you r vehicle, alw ays
drive with the EATC System tu rned on.
Do not put objects und er the front seats that interfere with
the flow of air to the back seat area.
Remove any snow , ice, or leaves from the air intake area of
you r EATC System which could block the air intake. The
intake area is located at the bottom of the wind shield .
Service
If you r EATC is not operating as described here, take it to you r
dealer to have it checked . System diagnostics are bu ilt in which
will allow you r dealer to read ily identify problem s that might
occur.
Rear Fan and Airflow Operation
Fan speed adjustment
The
(right) knob controls the volu me of air flow . Rotate the
H
knob upward to increase fan speed and increase the am ount of
air entering the vehicle. Three fan speed positions are available
and are ind icated by dots besid e the H knob. The largest dot is
high speed position.
In O (OFF), all blow er motor operation is stop ped.
Airflow selections
Q (Ven t)
Airflow will be to the upper console registers when Q is
selected .
R (Floor)
Airflow will be to the floor when R is selected .
