tells you how to get service or maintenance for you r vehicle.
Service/Maintenance Concerns (U.S. or Canada)
Ford recom mend s taking you r vehicle to you r selling dealer
who wants to ensu re you r continu ed satisfaction. You may,
how ever, take you r vehicle to any au thorized Ford or
Lincoln-Mercu ry dealer. In most cases, you r dealer will be able
to resolve you r concern.
If you are not satisfied with the service you received from you r
dealership ’s service departm ent, talk to the service manager at
the dealership , or if you still are not satisfied , talk to the ow ner
or general manager of the dealership . In most cases, you will
have you r concern resolved at this level.

serviced , or if you need more help than the dealer gave you ,
contact the Ford Custom er Assistance Center to find an
au thorized dealership that may be able to help you .
