Disconnect the driveshaft at the rear differential and prop erly
support it und er the vehicle.
Mark the driveshaft and axle flanges to ensu re prop er
position when reconnecting the driveshaft. Refer to service
manu al for prop er driveshaft fastener torqu e specification.

RWARN ING
When discon nectin g/in stallin g the drivesh aft, the park ing
brak e must be set and the wheels block ed to ensure the
veh icle does not roll.
