Not usin g the tap ered end of the lug nut wren ch at the
pry-off notch es may resu lt in damage to the fin ish of the
wheel and orn ament.

Loosen the wheel nu ts by pulling up on the hand le of the
lug nu t wrench abou t one-half tu rn (counterclockw ise). Do
not rem ove the wheel lug nu ts until you raise the tire off the
grou nd .
Insert the jack hand le into the jack and use the hand le to
slid e the jack und er the vehicle.
RWARN ING
To avoid injury, never run the engin e with one wheel off
the grou nd, such as when changin g a tire.
Removing and Replacing the Tire

Positioning the jack
a. To raise the front wheel, place the jack on the bracket or
the low er suspension arm .
b. To raise a rear tire, place the jack und er the rear axle
inboard of the spring shackle bolts.
