Position   the  left  shou lder  belt   over  the  child ’s  shou lder  and
insert   the  left  tongu e  into  the  bu ckle  as  show n  in  Figu re 8.
The  color  green   must  ap pear   in  the  color  ind icator  wind  ow
on  each  bu ckled  tongu  e.
