If the   pow er  steering   fluid  is  low , ad d  fluid  in  small
am ounts,  continu  ously  checking   the  level,   until  you   reach  the
FULL  HOT  range.   Do  not  overfill.
When  you   are  finished ,  put   the  dipstick   back  in  and   make
sure  that   it  fits  snu gly.
Use  only  pow er  steering   fluid   that  meets   Ford  specification    such
as  MERCONă  Au tom atic  Transm ission   Fluid  (or  equ ivalent).
