Setting the Childproof Locks for the Rear Doors
In ad dition to stand ard or pow er locks, you r vehicle has
child proof locks for the rear doors. If you set these locks, the
rear doors cannot be opened from the insid e of the vehicle. The
doors can still be opened from the outsid e when the lock knobs
are raised .
The child lock lever
To set the child proof lock on each rear door, open the rear
door.
Find the lever near the white label with the word LOCKED in
green letters. Move the lever up.
To release the child proof lock, open the rear door from the
outsid e.
Move the lever dow n.
