To  release  the   head  restraint,    grasp  the   pull  strap   and  pull
tow ard  you   (ap proxim ately  one  inch),  which   will  allow   you
to  insert  you r  hand   at  the  bottom   of  the  head   restraint,   as
show n  in  Figu re 3.
