Step back while the pressu re releases.
When you are sure that all the pressu re has been released ,
use the cloth to tu rn and rem ove cap .

Stand aw ay from the rad iator opening. Hot steam may blow
ou t or hot engine coolant may even splash ou t.

Be carefu l not to add engin e coolan t to the windshield
wash er flu id reservoir. If sprayed on the windshield ,
engin e coolan t could make it difficu lt to see throu gh the
windshield .
When the engine is cool, ad d a 50/ 50 mixtu re of engine coolant
and water to the engine coolant recovery reservoir — DO NOT
ADD DIRECTLY TO THE RADIATOR. Ad d straight water only
in an emergency, bu t you shou ld rep lace it with a 50/ 50
mixtu re of coolant and distilled water as soon as possible.
