Try to pull belt ou t of the retractor to make sure the
retractor is in the au tom atic locking mod e (you shou ld not
be able to pull more belt ou t). If the retractor is not locked ,
unbu ckle the belt and rep eat step s 2 throu gh 9.
To rem ove the retractor from au tom atic locking mod e, allow
webbing to retract fully to its stow ed position and the
retractor will au tom atically switch back to the vehicle
sensitive locking mod e for norm al ad ult usage.
